Calling all poker enthusiasts! Lake Road Social Club is
excited to host a special poker tournament alongside
our regular Wednesday night poker games.
- Date: Saturday 5th April
- Arrive: 2:40pm | Shuffle Up & Deal: 3pm
- £20 Buy-in for 5000 chips
Secure your spot by paying at the bar as soon as possible to avoid missing out.
- Unlimited £15 rebuys available for the first 2 hours
- £10 add-on for 3000 chips at the end of the rebuy period
Hot food will be available to buy throughout the event, so you can stay fuelled and focused.
The first break will be at 5pm, after which no more rebuys will be accepted, and players will continue until one champion remains.
This tournament is members-only to start, but we may open spaces to non-members if availability allows.

Change of Name Celebration!
We kicked off an exciting new chapter and loved celebrating with members old and new! After 75 incredible years as Hamworthy Labour Club, we’ve relaunched as Lake Road Social Club - your community hub in Poole, where friendships are made and good times are shared.
We had DJ Connor, bringing the tunes! Fun & games with the meat draw and card bingo, and exclusive perks for our members.
This was more than just a name change, it was a celebration of our legacy and a toast to the future! Old friends, and new ones, experienced a vibrant atmosphere that makes our club the heart of the community.
A great night was had by all!

Live Entertainment - The Moondogs
Based in Middlesbrough, The Moondogs are an exciting, live tribute band who superbly recreated the sights, sounds and raw energy of the late 50s and swinging 60s.
With their high energy performance and stage banter, The Moondogs transported us back in time to those magical days when teenagers were swept along in its wake and music helped shape a generation.
